Cult Single Vineyard Lobethal Syrah
"Hand made" baller back label, and no similarity to "Papillon" in form, style nor expression. Australia has some excellence yet to be beheld. No doubt. Hefty for my like, but quite likable.

Dec 13th, 2014Tasted over 3 days. Day 1: reticent with dried flowers and herbs. Day 2 and 3: hits its stride with dark fruit (cherry and blueberry), dark chocolate, white pepper, roasted meat and herbs, potpourri of dried flowers, and incense. Med acid and med+ tannins in balance. Long fruit driven finish. Drink or hold.
