Truly a gem. 90 points. Oddly reminiscent of a Pinot noir. Light fruit and a smoky flavor.

2009 vintage. 2009 vintage. Medium ruby, bricking around the rim. Mature nose of cassis, dried fruit, leather, earth, assorted spices. Oak is well integrated. Mature. On the palate, medium acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, medium plus concentration and the finish is fairly long. This is a well made Cab, that avoids the over extraction of typical Israeli wines. There's some relative refinement here even if the wine is already fairly mature. Drink now until 2020.
