This wine goes well with spicy food like thai, it has a pungent note. It's easy to drink, we had a good conversation from the past, some were sweet and some a lil sour. Oh yes, this is the first time trying Bindi Sergadi family wine, and I actually had the opportunity to work with one of the family members before.
