Biltmore Estate Limited Release Barbera 2018. Bright Ruby in color with aromas of mocha, chocolate, cherry, and a hint of pipe tobacco. aged for about 10 months in French and American oak. This is a medium bodied wine featuring tastes of red raspberry, licorice, and earthy notes of pepper. Pair with spicy food (gumbo, grilled sausages, pepperoni pizza).
