Not too bitter, nor was it too sweet. I usually prefer reds myself but I was not left disappointed. I would buy it again.

My first NC wine and not disappointed. While I prefer the tropical fruits of an NZ sauv blanc, this was quite drinkable. Some pear and pineapple in the mix with a soft finish.
