Ruby in color with a wide reddish/ brick rim.

Fruity nose with bing cherries, blueberries, sweet strawberries, earth, licorice, light oak, spices, peppercorn and herbs.

Medium bodied with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with sweet cherries, red plums, strawberries, raspberries, spices, light oak, bitter herbs, tobacco leaf, earth, dark coffee and black pepper.

Soft finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is a nice Pinot Noir from Oregon. Nicely balanced, spicy, fruit forward and engaging.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 20 minutes of air time, when complexity and tannins show up.

This 4 year old is drinking very nicely now. Easy drinking and a good porch wine.

I gave it a light chill, and paired it with a Charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.
