Cinnamon on the nose. Light cherries and vanilla on the palate. A very easy drinking pinot. Paired it with Kell's Killer Mac n Cheese. Roasted chicken, garlic, carmelized shallots in whit truffle cheese sauce. Topped with a sage parmesan & walnut crust.

Sedated, restrained on the fruit with bright cranberry/pomegranate notes. Clean, and true and best to pair to coax the timid flavors
