I’m not normally a rosé or a sparkling fan, but this is really nice. Off-dry and well balanced. Notes of strawberry, overripe pink and Fuji apples, light yeast, & a subtle honey finish. Effervescent is light enough to not be too overpowering or sharply acidic, but is a gentle reminder that it’s there. Excellent with salmon & teriyaki (and teriyaki salmon 😊).

A sparkling rosé, surprisingly sweet - more than I’d usually go for, but loved. Immediately triggered memories of those old-time, artificial candied orange slice gummies. Developed a bitterness, orange peel. Juicy, long finish. Sunshine and salty seawater.
