Deep garnet red with brick edges. A bit stinky on the nose with some dirty cellar, damp leaves and dried berries. A touch of spices or herbs too. Balanced acidity with medium tannins (5.5/10) and a light to medium body. A bit of leather on the palate, some herbs, chalky and aged cherries. Dry and medium finish. Drink now.

This wine really needs time to breathe. The sweet spot is 30 minutes after decanting to really appreciate the wine. It’s dry but fruity. Dry stone fruit and hint of currants. Good for a barberque, mainly with red meat on the grill.
