Decanted for about two hours. This is outrageously good red belly wash. Paired with a usda prime ny strip. The fruit (especially blue fruit) paired amazingly well with the protein.

Delicious wine. Beautiful interplay of dark fruit and dark chocolate. Luxurious texture and a very long finish. Yum!

Went with the 15 Bevan instead since it was chilled,
Parker 96-100 so far, hopefully final comes out next month. Not much of a nose on it at this early stage, but nice blend of Merlot & CF
