I may have opened this too early today to pair with roasted chicken & veggies. I opened and poured the 1st glass to calm my excitement then I decanted the rest for about an hour. I'm a huge fan of Bevan Cellars (Ontogeny is my fav) I was shocked to fine this Pinot overly jammy and mediciney. Any suggestions on what to do with it?

Really nice wine. Notes of pear and butterscotch with a nice long finish. Russell is on a roll.
