I've talked about this one before. It's everything I love in a Chardonnay! Great way to get the games started for the day. I think wine drinking should be an Olympic event!

Restaurant’s don’t seem to appreciate that some whites need to be decanted. This one needs it. First glass was ok but the end of the bottle was fantastic. My score is an average of the night but it could go higher if you had the time.

Gave this 1hr of air and is in great place. Creamy lemons, green apples with a hint of vanilla.

I may have opened this too early today to pair with roasted chicken & veggies. I opened and poured the 1st glass to calm my excitement then I decanted the rest for about an hour. I'm a huge fan of Bevan Cellars (Ontogeny is my fav) I was shocked to fine this Pinot overly jammy and mediciney. Any suggestions on what to do with it?
