Slightly hazy (unfined and unfiltered) straw gold. Inviting nose and medium bodied palate of underripe quince, citrus rind, and balsam with a bit of extra "texture" (light tannin?) from the process. Medium acidity shows from entry to lengthy, lemony finish. Russell Bevan does it again. Not your mother's SB. Drink now through 2025.
