Been thinking about this one.
Appearance. Deep salmon with licks of orange.
Aroma. Sweetened strawberries, very subtle baked spices, hints of vanilla.
Taste. Intense medicinal, sour cherries, unsweetened strawberries, unripe stone fruit with orange zest.
Dancing Medium acidity, medium spice (care of the Nebbiolo).
