Small champagne tasting at Edinburgh airport. Blanc de Blanc versus regular NV. The BdB was far better in every respect; finer, more rounded, though a little short. Full of crisp cold-pressed apple juice and fine prickly bubbles. A very food-friendly low-dosage wine that cut through the Cullen Skink perfectly!
