Vintage 2011 - Key word? Spicyness! This wine has a rather complex smell, irresistable to sniff...And sniff... And sniff. Mocca, chocolate, vanilla, spicy. Velvety taste, good balance. Good effort.

Dec 18th, 2021Just very average table wine from Bulgaria... Probably sells for under 10 leva. Made me cry a little. If you've been you will understand. Giving this an unfairly high score. Objectively once it opens for 30 mins or so has a very nice nose and well balanced overall. Lots of ripe fruit though so that has to be something you like.

Apr 6th, 2017Brick red. The nose gives a loud, primal scream if hazelnut, cassis, black olive and sweat. The palate is pretty straight forward with flavors of cassis, plum, hazelnut and just a drip of soy sauce. Medium to full bodied, finishes with an earthy quality, and has a long lasting, salute stripping tannin.
