Ripasso Valpolicella Corvina Blend

Solid though average ripasso. Took awhile to open up, but then offered chalky plum and black cherry fruit, plum skin tartness, and anise. Light reduction. Pretty short finish.

Average Ripasso. Nothing exceptional, but a good go-to wine with excellent berry flavours and a nice consistency.

Not a ripasso fan but great ripe cherry notes, long finish and great balance. Nice with risotto alla pilota

Really not my all time favorite style, but this is a tasty enough bottle.

Easy ro drink, youthfull with red berries and small tannins.

This is the first vintage of this wine a slit of the old Bertani secco ripasso

Nice valpolicella - very smooth. Drank it with pizza and Game of Thrones!
