In a word, the 2008 La Croix de Perenne Exception is luscious! Delicious, fruity, and seductive are the words I would use to describe this. More New World than Old World, you'll still definitely know this is a Bordeaux as soon as you open it. I'm getting a bouquet of earth and strawberries with the same taste. Full-bodied with an exquisite finish, this is easily one of my faves.
