BIG. BOLD. RED. Mineral lingers and ripe, tannic fruit on the long finish. 1.5L of red goodness. Good with fragrant spices like mint, garlic, and pepper. Cooked new Blue Apron recipe (Greek and Mediterranean inspired) chicken breast with fragrant rice and cauliflower. Nice Bordeaux.
