Deep, dark iodine red in color. Nose of stewed fruit and caramel with a slight tinge of barnyard funk. Dark cherry, blackberry, stewed fig, and plum adding caramel and molasses in the middle. Finishes with fine acid, medium tannins and lingering caramel. A well balanced, mellow blend that builds in satisfaction through a long finish.
