Perhaps an off bottle. Initial reviews all highlighted how much fruit this wine showed but that wasn’t the case now/this bottle, which is why I wonder about this particular bottle. If anything it’s a wall of fairly harsh tannins. Disappointing.

Please correct, this is the Evocelles. Young and powerful on the nose and the palate. A bouquet of violets , plums and some oak. In the mouth fruit flavors of all types,minerals and spice that are held back by the wines huge structure. I will bury remaining bottles deep in the cellar.
