Feb 13th, 2015Started out with a bit of yeasty taste...first thought was fermentation was not complete. I continued to sample. As I finished the bottle I was surprised to find SOLIDS in the bottom of the bottle...and the bottom of my glass. Once I became aware of the solids I sampled it and it was clearly gritty...not sweet like sugar or slimy like yeast. My first guess would be undisolved bentonite?
