Beringer Vineyards
Private Reserve Napa Valley Chardonnay
Very complex and it all works together brilliantly. Tastes expensive ;)

Feb 18th, 2015Easily one of the best Chardonnays I've ever had. The nose is bursting with fresh flowers and a hint of cut hay, together with pear and a little oak. On the tongue the fruit is very present but not overly sweet, with apple, pear, and a little apricot. Rich and slightly concentrated but not too buttery. Light and crisp; drinks very well with cauliflower soup and soft cheese, but could go with stronger flavors. Really nice!
