Received in a 2015 shipment; consumed 03/2017. Plush structure and smooth, lasting finish. It is made from grapes from several different vineyards. The grapes were placed in stainless steel tanks for a two day cold soak designed to extract color and flavor from the grapes. The juice was then fermented dry and the young wine was placed in small French oak barrels for 14 months. I enjoyed it by itself. I think it was around $20 in my shipment.

Beautiful red. You can feel that this wine was made from ripe fruits. Fruity and has the mint bouquet. Smooth, fine tannin and great acidity. Surprisingly, it has the mocha flavour ^^
