Omg! Consumed 8/2017. Loving this with Manchego cheese. Love it on the nose. Love it on my tongue. Received in April 2015 in a shipment, said to drink it between then and up to 10 years. Distinct red cherry and black fruit notes, accented by fleshy tannins and mouth fulling texture. Notes of Cedar, anise, freshly ground coffee and vanilla followed by a rich, lingering finish.
