Founders' Estate California Cabernet Sauvignon

Standard. Literally the barometer for this varietal and region.

Dark plum colors and a viscous mouthfeel. Lots of fruity sweetness, but little in the way of tannin. One dimensional, casual. Okay.

Used this for Bravetart’s Red (Wine) Velvet cake and was delicious!

Classic CA Cab with black cherry and pepper undercurrents. Llight on tanins. Easy to drink, fairly smooth finish

Astringent smell, strong tannins. Possible tobacco notes. Strong tannins flavor. Hints of blackcurrant?

Meh but nit bad for price 2016 vintage

Drinkable but has a slightly unpleasant after note

Great for $10 wine. Buy again.

Goes down nice and smooth. Beautiful glass.

The black cherry flavor is refreshing.
