Dark ruby color with a purplish rim.

Not very giving on the nose, but some blackberries, plums, wood and peppercorn.

Medium plus in body with nice legs and medium acidity.

flat on the attack, and fruity on the mid palate, with blackberries, blueberries, plums, cherries, licorice, oak, vanilla, cola and black pepper.

Medium finish with soft tannins and bitter greens at the very end.

Drinkable Merlot, well balanced, but very basic. Not offensive, though, which is a plus, but not a rebuy for me.
