Just fine. Maybe there's something to aging medium-priced wine. This has a good balance of ripe red fruits, savory/herbal notes and a touch of spice. On the palate still slightly drying (Syrah?) but fine grained and drinkable with a simple cheese and fruit plate.

Had this for quite some time - aged nicely - once we let it open up, it was quite nice! Perfect for Christmas Eve dinner with herb roasted turkey & all our favorite side dishes.
