Aged 60 days in American Oak Bourbon barrels, deep Ruby with heavy aromas of black fruits, pepper and smoke. On the palate flavors of overripe blackberry fruit with notes of charred oak and spice. Medium finish, high acidity, ending with fruit, burnt spice and alcohol burn. Not a fan of bourbon barrel wines.
