A little tight at first but opened up after about 60 min. Typical Oregon Pinot and very Burgundian like. Lighter in body but a fun wine.

Fruit forward you can tell off the nose. Flowery and fruity. Burgundian nose. Kinda weird thing happening taste wise for me. Nose is developing over time. I got a hint of smoke now and then cooked greens - but not in a bad way, just a suggestion. And then the nose just because freshly mown hey at the farm. I don't know that I've had a wine change as much as fast as this...

Nose: at first strongly floral, perhaps even freesia or lilac, but fairly quickly shifts thru a spectrum from aromatic herbs to hayfield and then to composted cut grass; flavor: cherry with astringent tannins. Moserate linger but drops off very quickly

A little tight at first but opened up after about an hour. Strawberry and raspberry fruit followed by mushroom, cigars and spice. Going to save the other 2 bottles I have for a few years down the road.

Very balanced and a little bigger than the rest but another wine I purchased. Bergstrom wines all have great fruit to them and a complexity that will be enjoyable when paired with the right foods. Drinking great now but this could lay down for 5-8 no problem.
