Mealy nose with notes of grilled lemon, white chocolate and chalk dust, expressive & really quite opulent with almond pastry on the nose. In the mouth there is a soft mousse with a fine, soft attack that mellows on the mid palate then fans out on the finish with pear & green apple fruit and a long, saline minerality.
