Pale lemon color. Medium nose with green apple, citrus, and butter notes. High acid, medium body, with flavors of lemon, honeydew melon, green apple, vanilla, and minerality with a medium finish. A very good example. Paired with miso and sushi.

Light straw color fading to watery meniscus. Lime, grapefruit, and melon on the nose. Unoaked, relatively light bodied, and crisp on the palate with bright acidity. Made from grapes grown using certified sustainable farming practices.
