This is a very tasty Chardonnay from Williamette Valley in Oregon. Fruit forward with nice complexity. Soft and elegant.
I had the previous vintage and this one is drinking much better.
Nicely balanced and easy to drink. A great sipping wine that will pair nicely with food too.
100% Chardonnay grapes were aged in (33% new) French oak barrels for 16 months.

This Oregon Chardonnay is showing a very interesting nose, and on the palate it is elegant and feels like an old world white.
Needs 30 minutes to open up properly, and better when not too cold. Some oak notes show up after 2 hours of airtime.
This 3 year old Chardonnay Feels very young, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.
A good food wine that will pair nicely with oysters.
