I don’t have a list in front of me but could swear Bouzy is GC for Pinot Noir...this thing sings 🍏 and I would never expect it was all red fruit. Insane racy acidity, zero dosage. Can you be both crazy complex and super straightforward at the same time? In the grand scheme of things this is great wine but I need 5 years. Probably just disgorged

Love the focus of this wine. Nutty, yeasty notes followed with bone dry acidity that fans out over the palette rather than cutting straight through. Very enjoyable wine sucked down with some oysters.
