May 29th, 2017Contrary to popular belief, Dingač is not a type of grape, but rather a village on the Pelješac peninsula that makes exceptional plavac mali. And this is outstanding Dingač. Not for the weak of heart, this is complex, weighty stuff. Big tannins, big fruity nose. A pleasant, figgy finish. You can’t do better if you want a heavy hitter from Dalmatia.
