Well I'll be darned if this isn't one of the most striking white burgundies I've ever had in my wee life.

Delicious reduction- flinty with notes of brioche, acidity is holding up well. Very enjoyable wine.

Full flavored White Burgundy. Hints of honey and mineral taste. Delicious.

Very good from the 55degree cellar. Grass, hay. Not as good half-full two days later, but still good enough.

Lime zest, vanilla, chalk, gardenias, elderflower. Snapping rounded acid, medium bodied, satin-juicy-oily texture, long stone fruit, briny, flinty finish. Initial Chablis tension becomes more lush and savory. Great juxtaposition, elegance and personality.
