A proprietary blend using l’Acadie and Ortega varietals. Pleasantly dry for a TB. Flavours of lemon rind, cantaloupe and Honeycrisp apples. Very pale yellow in hue. Medium-high acidity.

Very tangy, almost like white wine left in the fridge too long. Not for me at all...

I have always considered myself a red wine drinker but this wine changed my view, it's fresh, crisp, and smooth

2014 vintage of Tidal Bay by Benjamin Bridge is 9.5%ABV and wonderful Canadian East Coast gem. Aroma and palate of stone fruit, citrus notes, hint of herbaceousness. Persistence of lemon drop and nectarine, medium finish. Wonderful pairing with jumbo sea scallops and Parmesan infused risotto. Enjoy now.
