Full bodied for a trousseau, flinty cherries, tart, spice box mid and upon finish. Aged in clay jugs, buried underground and then resurrected, like what's his face🐲

🍷⚡️We tasted: Benedict & Stephane Tissot "Qvevri" , made from trousseau in the Jura it doesn't get more raw and natural than this, aged in amphora, no temp control and no sulfur. Pinot noir weight, earthy undertones, medium grippy tannin, lots of flowers, bright acidity, needs to blow off funky farmy scents a little bit but clears quickly into more clean aromas of leaf must and cherries.
