Cool, refreshing, tastes like clean rocks at first. The aftertaste is smooth and balanced, like good decrescendo.

Love it. Such an interesting wine. Very bright, lively wine. But still has a medium body and grip. Long finish of I’m not sure what. Well balanced. High acidity. Will buy a bunch.

Etna Ross with some complexity. Cherries, fresh and dried purple flowers are prominent, followed by a bit of red currant and black pepper mid-palate. Long finish of medicinal herbs. High acidity. This wine is longing for hearty fare.

This is the Etna Bianco. Lemon, green olive oil soap, lime zest - smokiness tastes like it came from volcanic soil for sure. Beautiful, light, and refreshing. Where it’s being savored doesn’t hurt...
