Ben Glaetzer
Bishop Barossa Valley Shiraz
Barossa Valley, Barossa, South Australia, AustraliaBen Glaetzer is a great producer, however this particular wine was not showing well. Unbalanced, heavy oak, grippy bitter tannin. Typical notes of blk pepper, eucalyptus and licorice. Some mint and clean potting soil.

Fabulous! Great value as well. Plums, dark chocolate and, surprising to me, no pepper for this Barossa Shiraz. Very balanced tannins. I’ll be back for more.
