At 1821 in Sydney. Dark and very smooth. Simply wonderful Shiraz.

Barrossa valley 100% Syrah. But, Fruity, Later on chocolate flavor @2200, Twaing, 170526
I tasted it again in X ACut, 180201. Amazing, once poring, floral aroma was spread in the room. At first, fruity flavor was dominant, but later on Shiraz flavor, spicy with black pepper was more with increase of concentration.

A crowd pleaser! A full bodied wine with black fruits such as blackberries and blackcurrants. Also a hint of spice and vanilla. Very intense flavours and is good to accompany dinner.

Deep ruby old vine Barossa Valley Shiraz. Pronounced nose with loads of black and baked fruit flavour. Has had 16 months in oak which give a great balance. This is powerful with high acidity, high tannins and 15% alcohol. Did I detect some liquorice on the palate? #wsetschool
