Decanted for 60 min, and prob needs longer than that as the first glass was a bit unbalanced but that second glass wow.
Amazing aromas. Big blueberry, blackberry, and ecluyptus.
82% shiraz and 18% cabernet sauvignon

Slightly stewed but still in control - in my experience this is very on brand for Glaetzer. 82% Shiraz 18% Cab.

Decanted for 90 minutes. This needs a decant to fully open up. Warm blueberry pie aromas. So inviting! Massive Blueberry, BlackBerry, vanilla, cocoa, and eucalyptus flavors. Perfect for wagyu strip steaks!

Beautiful deep garnet colour. Spicy herbaceous nose with some mossy characteristics. Represents more age than it has, producing a few notes of anise and pipe tobacco, alongside deep black fruit flavours, and subdued spice. Velvety smooth, and a beautifully long finish. Outstanding. It could sit a while longer, but I think it’s showing beautifully now.

Deep inky purple in colour. Delicate fresh fruit fragrance. Smoke, leather, and hints of tar in the forefront on the tongue. The mouth then fills with raspberry and currants to create a well balanced feel. A sophisticated offering with room to age further.

Getting black raspberry and currant fruits with some tar and smoke. Subtle for its heritage. Beautiful with grilled lamb cutlets.

Extraordinary at the first sip, then gets better. The apotheosis of Shiraz.
