There's so much acid behind this it's ridiculous, even a juicy and mouth watering way though. Crisp green apple, kiwi fruit, tangerine, petroleum and loads of minerality. The first glass I had around 8-10 degrees but the acids played more of a supporting role drinking this at room temp. Great wine, would have millenniums ahead of it
