Bordeaux Clairet. Though technically red wine, this looks like a rose due to limited skin contact. Drinks like rose as well. Nose more pronounced than the average rose with red cherry and strawberry. Similar flavors, with a touch of pepper and light tannin. Average finish.
3/22/7/4/3 +50 =89 pts.
Ok with mushroom Ravioli, bit would be nicer with a roasted chicken or possibly thanksgiving fare.

Lovely color. I liked this very much. Strawberries and cherries with a little pepper thrown in. Would definitely drink again.

Costco Day 6: really enjoyed this deep rose - a little more bold than your usual light pink sipper.

Advent calendar Day 6. I liked this quite a lot. At the right temperature the depth of the Merlot grape came out nicely. Just the right amount of light sweetness. Would definitely drink again.
