Gorgeous nose. Floral, cherry, red fruits, lemon, lime, smells like elite Champagne. The Pinot Noir shines through. Palate is a bit broad and all over the map. Good parts, and maybe dosage is also a bit high for my tastes. Meh. Maybe improve with air. Solid but inconsequential.

I'm calling this! Best Franciacorta I've ever had. For once, smth elegant and complex. Refined bubbles, breast and savoury saline. Bloody thing totally changed my perception of Bellavista!
