Two hours after pulling the cork, it's really changed. Appreciate more spice. A really well made zin. Be patient.

A full bodied Zin with a pleasant fruity finish. This definitely competes with the best of them. A pleasant nose with a soft finish made an amazing accompaniment to our Christians dinner.
