This pale Vermentino has a beautiful salinity on the nose. It's not exactly the face full of savory ocean one gets in a Vermentino from Sardegna, but it's enough to make me think it's not a California wine. But it is. On the palate, a barrel of citrus rolls through with minerals aplenty in tow. The acidity is great, so have some shellfish ready when you unscrew the cap.
