Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon (with some Syrah and Malbec blended in. Deep ruby color. Dried Fruit abounds (black berry/currant/cherry) on both the nose and palate. Hints of black pepper, baking spices and leather. Nice notes of sweet oak and vanilla on the very long, earthy and lingering finish. Full bodied, rich and nicely balanced. Aging quite nicely but it was time to open this one.
