Medium bodied. Creamy mouthfeel with ripe Bosch pears and subtle, very subtle oak. Not bad for $10. KJ drinkers would like this.

Drinking this while camping at Amnicon Falls State Park in Wisconsin this weekend. The label doesn't lie...it had that nice oaky, Creme Brûlée finish. Just what we wanted!

Light grassy yellow. Creme brûlée, minerally pear sweetness on the nose. Mildly sweet, medium body, acid felt flabby at first, but better balanced after a day open. Smooth, creamy pear and round mineral on the palate.

Smooth, no bite, opened it put on chicken, however it tastes really straight out the bottle....

Snowed in with a creamy, toasty vanilla chard. Can't complain, but this blizzard better end before we have to break out the bourbon!
