An unexpected beauty made from Pelaverga Piccolo grapes. Pale ruby colour. Attractive aromas of raw meat, red berries, white pepper, and cooking herbs. Light and easy-going. Needs to be chilled. Otherwise, the bitterness is overwhelming.
