Well made, easy drinking Malbec with nice fruit flavours and supple tannins. Great BBQ wine; peel off back label with recipe is a nice touch.

A perfectly acceptable and drinkable mass produced Malbec. I have often had Beefsteak over the years and it is a perfect BBQ and "every day red meat wine". No shame in liking a well known brand when it produces good and easy drinking wine.

Stilton followed by cheesecake. Waitrose, we are in Surrey. Mrs Blofeld prefers Surrey, many spectre operatives here, business with pleasure. Lovely Malbec. Gently strong, subtle. Don't let the label deter you.
